The TWO Project is the public home for the Task–Workflow–Organization methodology: a practical way to connect AI capabilities, workflow redesign, and the organizational rules that support them.
How the pieces fit
Methodology, narrative, research, and applied work.
The TWO Framework explains linked decisions about tasks, workflows, and organizations, with a worked example and a starter checklist. The Owner explores the ownership problem through a business novel. Research examines the underlying questions; supporting papers are not the same as direct validation of the methodology.
Our paid organizational services include bootcamps, opportunity reports, and workflow sprints. They offer structured help for teams applying the method to real work. You can learn the core process on the Framework page without purchasing a program.
What We're Doing
