Who Is Behind It
Led by Wei Chen.
The T-W-O Project is led by Wei Chen, Associate Professor of Operations and Information Management at the University of Connecticut School of Business and Academic Director of the Digital Frontiers Initiative.
Wei's research focuses on the business applications, design, and governance of generative AI, including platforms, crowds, fintech, and organizational transformation. His work has appeared in leading journals including Management Science, Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, and Production and Operations Management.
Through The T-W-O Project, Wei connects academic research, business storytelling, and practical workflow redesign for organizations adopting generative AI.
