What We're Doing
Making the hard parts of GenAI adoption easier to see, discuss, and test.
We use one method in everything we do, from a workshop to a hands-on build: align on how the work happens today, prioritize where AI actually helps, and build a working redesign together.
Decide where AI is worth using, and where it isn't.
Turn the redesign into something real and testable.
